Return Policy
You may
return any item, with all original packaging, within 30 days of the
original order date for any reason, for a full refund. All items returned
within 90 days of the original order date will receive replacements or may
become eligible for an “in store” credit. Shipping and handling costs are
not refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be
accepted.
Software, and
Photo Paper once opened may NOT be returned as they can not be resold. We
cannot accept items returned and received more than 90 days after the
original purchase date for any reason.
In the case
of a defective item, Evoclix will honor the applicable (if any) warranty
period if it exceeds 30 days. In such an event, please contact Customer
Support.
To return an
item for a full refund, please complete the Return and Exchange Form

and follow the instructions for shipping back your item(s).
Once your
item is received, a credit will be issued back to the credit card used to
purchase the item. The credit card will be credited for the purchase price
of the item(s) returned (excluding shipping and handling charges, which
are non refundable).
Returns may
take 4-6 weeks to process. Please allow at least two billing cycles on
your credit card before contacting Customer Support if you do not yet see
a credit on your statement for your returned order.
Exchange
Policy
If you
purchase items directly from Evoclix or received items that are defective
and/or damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Support within 90
days of the original order date.
Replacement
of damaged or defective items returned after 90 days will be at the
discretion of Evoclix. Evoclix will honor all applicable warranty periods
(if any).
