Warranty
for Recycled and Compatible Cartridges:
We are confident you will enjoy our quality product line. If any of our
cartridges fail to perform, simply return the merchandise for a product
replacement or store credit within 90 days from date of purchase. Include
a copy of your invoice and tell us whether you want a replacement or a
store credit. All items have a full 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. For return

apply to repairs, cleaning or other expenses.
Returns for Shipping Errors:
Goods shipped in error will receive an immediate adjustment on return.
Returns for Materials Ordered in Error:
If you order Jetpak Mailers, EvoClix compatible cartridges, or photo supplies
in error, they must be returned within 30 days of receipt and will be
subject to a 15% restocking charge. To receive credit, returned goods
must be in salable condition upon receipt.
Claims for Shortages:
Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Shipments will be considered complete after 10 days.
Freight Claims:
All goods are shipped FOB Sarasota, FL. Claims for damages for shipped
goods should be made directly to the freight carrier.
Return Of Recycled Cartridges - General Information:
Cartridges which develop problems may be returned subject to the
following general conditions: 1) Cartridges must bear an EvoClix approved
label. If labels placed by EvoClix are removed, the warranty is voided.
2) Cartridges which are more than 75% used may not be returned as defective.
3) Cartridges which are tampered with after receipt may not be returned.
Return of Recycled Cartridges processed under
the "Jetpak Mailer" program:
Customers using the Jetpak program may return a defective cartridge by
placing a defective cartridge as an "extra" cartridge in any Jetpak mailer.
Please clearly mark the cartridge as "defective." If you use a large cartridge
style which will not fit in a Jetpak Mailer, we will issue a "Return Mailer."
Return Mailers will be sent only to the individual or company originally
mailing the Jetpak for processing. Upon receipt, a returned cartridge
will be inspected and tested. If found serviceable, it will be repackaged
and returned. If the cartridge is found defective and meets all other
warranty conditions, the customer will receive a certificate to recycle
another cartridge at no charge. Certificates may be used to send an "extra"
cartridge in any future mailer.
Since we know that all ink jet cartridges will "wear out" eventually,
we do not replace cartridges which are found to be unserviceable under
the "Jetpak" program.
